Hi, I’m Lisa, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) dedicated to helping people build healthier, more balanced lives. The people I typically work with are stressed! They feel pulled by all of life's challenges - work, home, kids, aging parents, hormonal changes, and more! They find it hard to prioritize themselves and the healthy habits they want to incorporate.

 

I know that stress, busy schedules, and life changes can make it tough to prioritize well-being—but I also know that small, intentional shifts can lead to big transformations.

Through personalized coaching, I’ll help you:

✔ Build sustainable nutrition and movement habits
✔ Optimize sleep for better energy and focus
